Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you be charged 10% of your appointment and you forfeit your deposit. If you no show your appointment, you will be charged 20% of your appointment. I allow 10 minutes before you will be considered a no show and will need to reschedule your appointment. 3 no shows will result in a ban. Thank you for understanding.
